Once a product has been sold and delivered or collected, it is considered accepted by the customer. Salifu Electronics shall not be held responsible for issues arising after acceptance, except as covered under warranty or return policies stated below.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer at the time of purchase. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Salifu Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or delivery services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address provided. Any additional costs arising from failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may be charged to the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • The product has a verified factory or manufacturing defect

  • The item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
No refunds will be issued after a product has been used.
